    i started with my own chicken stock
  • oz
    i did not measure the rest of these ingridents
  • ml
    i used a tall stock pot [it is a new pot, yea, more fun!
  • pinch
    do pinches; amounts of any then all spices, herbs
  • pkg
    frozen chicken; frozen stir fry veggies; frozen onions; small frozen bag brussel sprouts
  • optional can(s)
    corn; tomatoes; mushrooms;

How to Make CLEANING OUT THE FREEZER

Step-by-Step

  1. FIRST cold day of this year!! So I decided to save on heating the house by making a big pot of STUFF from the freezer!
  2. I had a proportion bag of raw chicken; then started emptying all the small bags of veggies I could find

    1 small bag of Brussels sprouts
  3. OPTIONAL; add canned veggies; corn; peas; carrots; mushrooms; peas...
  4. Season, herbs, pepper, to your own taste
  5. Please let me know how you throw a wonderful healthy soup/stew together on a brand new cold day!

    Of course, served with cornbread!!
