My daughter-in-law is an excellent, creative cook. She serves delightful main courses while keeping her budget tight. She served this recipe one time I was visiting with my son and family and I knew I had to have the recipe. It is quick and yummy!

Ingredients

  • 6
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • ·
    poupon mustard
  • ·
    bread crumbs of your choice
  • ·
    parsley
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Chicken Poupon

Step-by-Step

  1. Coat chicken breasts liberally with mustard.
  2. Roll in bread crumbs and place in greased pan.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley
  4. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees
  5. Remove from oven; pour melted butter on chicken.
  6. Bake 15 minutes longer.
