6boneless skinless chicken thighs
6 sliceswiss cheese
8 slicedeli ham (cooked, thinly sliced)
1 cgrated parmesan cheese
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Put the rolls in a lightly sprayed baking dish and bake for 15 minutes (or until heath thermometer reads 165 degrees).
Note: When I'm in a hurry (or just want fewer dishes to clean), I skip the baking dish and use a cast iron pan for both the stop top cooking and the baking. If you want that extra crispy beautifully golden brown look use a non-stick pan and then transfer to a backing dish.
