This batter works on onion rings, fish, and more. For the chicken bites, try adding a pinch of powdered ginger to the batter. It tastes so good!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Chicken tempura is a classic take-out dish but is easy to make at home. The thick tempura crust is crunchy and holds in tender and juicy chicken. We served these chicken bites with sweet and sour sauce and fried rice for a delicious take-out at-home meal. When prepping, the chicken pieces should be on the smaller side to cook uniformly in the oil.
