Ingredients For chicken angelo

    chicken breasts, whole
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1 dash
    oregano
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 6
    artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1/3 c
    white wine, dry
  • pinch
    pepper

How To Make chicken angelo

  • 1
    Bone chicken breasts and cut into quarters; dredge in flour and shake off excess.

    Heat 1/4 cup butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3
    When hot add chicken pieces and brown on all sides; add oregano, broth, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and parsley.

    Saute over high heat until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.

    Serve at once.
