Chicken and Rice

1chicken, broiler-fryer, (3-1/2 to 4 pound), cut up

1/3 cflour

2 Tbspoil

2-1/3 cwater

1-1/2 cuncooked long grain rice

1 cmilk

1 tspsalt

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1/2 tsppepper
How to Make Chicken and Rice
- Dredge chicken in flour. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine water, rice, milk, and seasonings.
- Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
