MY Favorite way to enjoy this salad is to place a flour tortilla in small skillet (No Oil needed) pressing tortilla into the shape of a bowl, then bake at 375 degrees for only 5-7 minutes according to crispness. When cool layer with baby Romaine lettuce leaves placing carrots sticks, jicama, or broccoli cut in strips along sides. Place chicken cut in strips then place a dollop of Honey Barbeque sauce in the center and enjoy.
