  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 russet potatoes, cut into chunks

    In the pressure cooker, using the browning option, fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
