For the Prep: Whisk together buttermilk, hot sauce ( 3 dashes ) and salt & pepper in a bowl. Cut and wash wings thoroughly and place in a large plastic freezer bag. Pour mixture over the wings, place on plate and refridgerate for 24 hours. ( You can do this in less than the 24 hrs, but if you have time, don't skip this step)

Pre-heat oven to 400* Line a sheet pan with foil ( easy clean up!) Spray foil w/ cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes/ turn wings and bake another 25 minutes. Mix remaining Hot sauce and butter in a bowl. When wings are completely cooked through, add to bowl and make sure the sauce has coated all wings thoroughly. Place under broiler for approximately 3 or 4 minutes ( Watch Them CLOSELY or they will burn) This makes them crispy and you will not miss the deep fried taste! Enjoy with celery and homemade ( or bottled)bluecheese dressing......MMM Good!
