Ingredients For baked chicken puffs

1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1/3 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cdiced chicken
-
2 ccooked peas
-
4eggs, separated

1/3 cgrated processed american cheese
How To Make baked chicken puffs

1Preheat oven to 375 F. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, chicken and peas Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, or 4 large muffin tins.

2Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff. With same beater thoroughly beat egg yolks; add cheese

3Lightly fold yolks into whites, pile onto of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
