How to Make Baked Chicken Puffs
- 1Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, chicken and peas
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, or 4 large muffin tins.
- 2Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff.
With same beater thoroughly beat egg yolks; add cheese
- 3Lightly fold yolks into whites, pile onto of chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
