I have gadgets, and kitchen tools I get as gifts or because I wanted it, and I then use a few times and then put in the closet and forget about. This stay at home , make do with what you have , has me pulling out tool after tool to play. I pulled a package of chicken legs out of the back of the freezer and was thinking what to do to make them Keto and not my normal. Having heard about ground pork skins as a coating I came up with this idea, pulled out my air fryer, and I will always do my legs this way. Finally my husband can stop complaining that I never use the Air Fryer
