It is a good dish,for breakfast,or evening ideal in the winter.You can eat it,simple or with fry meat.Also,add,if you like,chilli,for aspicy taste,or sour cream or thick tomato sauce,if you like it more juicy.The sour cream,is most of the time,allready salted,so,you don,t need to add salt.It is an oldie recipe,but,for me is a goldie.....

Ingredients For sour cabbage with rice and bacon

  • 250 g
    rice
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 sm
    red pepper
  • 150 ml
    oil
  • 3 sm
    garlic cloves
  • 500 ml
    vegetable soup
  • 100 g
    bacon
  • 1 pinch
    dry savory
  • 3 pinch
    black pepper

How To Make sour cabbage with rice and bacon

    Stew the chopped onion and garlic in oil.

    Add the chopped red pepper and bacon.

    Put to boil the vegetable soup and,boil the rice.

    Mix the rice with onion mix,and,savory,black pepper and bake.

    Serve it,when it has the colour in the picture.
