1In large skillet brown beef, onion, & garlic til done. Add tomato sauce, paste, salt, & oregano & stir til well incorporated. Turn down & simmer while you get your noodles & cheeses ready.
2In a large bowl mix cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, & mozzarella. Mix with a spoon until all is mixed thoroughly.
3in slow cooker or foil pan put a layer of meat mixture. Add on this layer only a double layer of noodles, breaking to fit to the sides. On top of noodles spread cheese mixture. Repeat all til all is used. Top with grated mozzarella if desired. Cover & on low cook about 40 min to an hour. In foil pan cook on 350 for about the same length of time. Check noodles for tenderness.
