  • 2 lb
    hamburger meat
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper
  • 1 medium
  • ADD

  • 1 can(s)
    mushroom pieces
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta cheese cubed
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes

  • 8 oz
    angel hair pasta

How to Make Hamburger Rotel


  1. cook hamburger green pepper and onion. drain.
  2. add mushroom, cheese, and Rotel.
  3. stir in cooked and drained angel hair pasta.
  4. mix well, pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
  5. sprinkle over top parmesan cheese. as much as you want.
  6. bake in preheated oven 400* for 20-25 minutes.
