i created a big finale(twentieth recipe)of tiger sauce creation:buffalo casserole and tiger sauce are about to be mixed,it filled with chicken strips and nuggets,blue cheese,egg noodles and banana peppers,this is gonna be a great dinner yet?

    frozen(all-white meat)chicken nuggets
  • 2 c
    crumbled blue cheese,divided
  • 6 Tbsp
    tiger sauce,divided
  • 6 oz
    dry extra-wide egg noodles,uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 1
    medium purple onion,peeled and sliced
  • 1
    medium red bell pepper,seeded and chopped
  • 2
    banana peppers,diced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 10
    frozen(all-white meat)chicken strips,thawed and sliced
  • 1
    (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1
    (8 ounces) cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 c
    creamy wing sauce
  • 1 3/4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make buffalo tiger casserole?

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.Add chicken nuggets and 1 cup crumbled blue cheese;mix well.Drizzle with 1 tablespoon tiger sauce.

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add 1 tablespoon tiger sauce.Cook egg noodles in the boiling water with tiger sauce,stirring occasionally,until cooked through but firm to the bite,about 5 minutes;drain.

    Heat avocado oil in a large,deep skillet over medium heat.Add sliced purple onion,chopped red bell pepper and diced banana peppers,saute for 5 minutes or until are tender,season with garlic powder and 1 tablespoon tiger sauce.

    Remove from heat.Transfer to a large plate.Set aside.

    Heat margarine in a same skillet over medium heat.Add sliced chicken strips and saute for 6 minutes until golden brown.Stir in 2 tablespoons tiger sauce.Remove from heat. and Set aside.

    In a large bowl,combine sour cream,half and half,cream cheese,wing sauce and remaining tiger sauce;whisk together until blended.

    Add cooked egg noodles,sauteed vegetable mixture and sliced chicken strips;mix well until combined.Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.

    Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and remaining blue cheese.Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cheeses are bubbly.
