1Make small thin patties to fit your slider rolls. Place them in your pan or on your flattop pan. Use a straw to make indentions

2Heavily sprinkle the dried onions over the burgers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

3Cook burgers to your liking, making sure to smash as flat as possible.

4Place burgers on a plate and add pickle. As soon as I take the burgers off, I put the slider rolls on the griddle to toast, and add pickles while they're toasting
