the best little sliders

These are so fast & easy (best part is no standing over a hot stove flipping burgers all night) juicy, yummy, and kid-friendly. They taste better than White Castle and sure make both kids as well as adults happy and impressed with dinner. Sure to please a crowd as well. Bums are nice and toasty, soft in the middle, not soggy, and have a tad of sweetness. You'll be sure to love them. Love an easy dinner night.

How To Make the best little sliders

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2
Mix ground beef, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Press evenly into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 3
While meat is in oven, slice slider buns (I got a pack of 12 Brioche sliders at Aldi's) length wise.
  • 4
Line the bottom of the sliders with the cheese.
  • 5
When the meat gets done, cut in half down the short side of pan (not length wise) and remove both halves from the pan. Drain grease and wipe pan clean with paper towel.
  • 6
Line pan with bottom buns, cheese, meat, and top buns. Brush with melted butter. Top with sesame seeds. Bake 15 more minutes.
