I have another recipe similar to this called hamburger salad and I like Big Macs so I thought I would try this and this is what I came up with it is amazing I hope you try it!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    lettuce head
  • ·
    cheese slices
  • ·
    dill pickles and hamburger buns
  • MOCK MAC SAUCE

  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp
    french dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet relish
  • 4 tsp
    dill pickle relish
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    minced onions
  • 2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    ketchup
  • pinch
    salt

How to Make Big Mac Sloppy Joes

Step-by-Step

  1. mix the ingredients of the mock Mac sauce and microwave them for 30 seconds mix really well again and chill for flavors to meld
  2. next Brown the hamburger and onion in a skillet
  3. toast your buns on a skillet or flat top
  4. cut up your dill pickles into the hamburger mixture
  5. mix the mac sauce in with the hamburger onion mixture
  6. put a scoop of the hamburger mixture on the bottom bun put some shredded lettuce on it a piece of sliced cheese the top bun and enjoy!!!
