BACON JALAPENO CHEDDAR BURGER (LOW CARB)
2 lbground beef
2 tsplawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tspground pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
3 tspworcestershire sauce
4 ozcream cheese
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
2 -4 mediumjalapenos
6 slicecooked bacon (or use salad bacon pieces)
How to Make BACON JALAPENO CHEDDAR BURGER (LOW CARB)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Form the ground beef into a bowl shape.
- Cut jalapeno into pieces. Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture. (save some Bacon and Jalapenos if you desire to top this off after baking)
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Before serving top with additional 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos (optional).
