  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, plus extra for pan
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 4
    petite sirloin steaks

How to Make Worcestershire Marinated Steak


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. For marinade combine the first 6 ingredients in a large freezer bag, set aside.
  3. Pound each steak with the tenderizing side of a mallet, place in marinade. Marinate at room temp. for 30 minutes or upto 48 hours in the refridgerator. Remove steaks atleast 30 before cooking.
  4. Preheat a large cast iron skillet to medium-high heat add oil to skillet. Add steaks and cook 3-5 minutes per side for medium or until prefered doneness. Place steaks in the oven on a sheet pan for 15 minutes. Remove steak from oven. Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes under a foil tent before serving.
