This is a quick but wonderfully delicious meal! Kids luv it too, because they can even help with some of the prep! I always seems to make mine with too much cheese..lol

How to Make Upside-Down Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown ground beef, while adding any seasonings of your choice.Drain.
  3. Add sauce of choice to beef and heat.
  4. Spread beef mixture in an oven-safe casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Open can of crescent rolls. Unfurl the rolls and place evenly on top of cheese.
  6. Cook for 9-12 minutes, or until rolls are lightly browned.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes. When serving each portion, flip so "crust" is on the bottom. Enjoy! :-)
