This recipe is so simple and tasty and lets you enjoy the game instead of being chained to the kitchen. Make it your own with slider, onion (my preference), sourdough, or rye buns. Sometimes I serve it on hoagie buns and top with sauteed onions, peppers, and mushrooms and melt provolone on top under the broiler. The condiment possibilities are endless. I like horseradish sauce or pure horseradish, but you can use BBQ sauce, spicy mustard, or pickles. Whatever you choose, your Super Bowl party guests will be raving about your sandwiches while rooting for their favorite team.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Who doesn't love an easy and tasty slow cooker meal? The aroma in the Test Kitchen was intoxicating as this simmered away. We loved the robust flavor the beer and stock give the beef. Once shredded, the beef is tender and melt in your mouth delicious. Have fun with the toppings. We opted for a toasted pretzel bun, melted provolone, and BBQ sauce - amazing. This will be great for a crowd when everyone is gathered to watch the big game.
