The Smack My @$$ and Call Me Sally Burger!

Melissa Baldan

My son was begging me to come up with an awesome burger. He loves burgers, we don't eat fast food and I hate the expense of going out. So, here it is: the best doggon' burger ever! This one pleased EVERYONE in the house.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Want a burger with a kick of spice? Look no further than these burgers. They're juicy, cheesy, and smoky from the BBQ sauce and bacon. Buffalo sauce gives the meat a unique taste. No extra condiments are needed for this burger. It's perfect with Melissa's suggestions. Make sure to have napkins handy because things will get messy. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make The Smack My @$$ and Call Me Sally Burger!

  1. In a bowl mix the beef, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and pepper thoroughly.
  2. Divide into 6 portions and form patties. Cook them on the Foreman, bbq them, grill them... just cook those burgers up however you like!
  3. Top them with the cheddar cheese while hot.
  4. Split each bun and place the burger patty on the bottom part of bun. Cover with about a tablespoon of BBQ sauce (it should run over, the messier the better).
  5. Then top with a few slices of the bacon.
  6. Then add a slice of pepper jack over the bacon. Place in the oven for 1 minute on broil; just long enough to melt the cheese.
  7. Top each with a slice of lettuce, tomato, and onion and 2nd half of the bun.
