Ingredients For surprise turkey joes

1 lblean ground turkey (or half turkey & half beef)

1/2 conion (diced)

1 smbell pepper (diced)

2 tspall purpose flour
-
3/4 cdr pepper (or cola) i use diet pepsi

1/2 clow sugar ketchup (regular is fine to)

1 Tbspvinegar
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
pinch of salt
-
6whole wheat hamburger buns

1In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the turkey with the onion, & bell pepper. (drain)

2add the remaining ingredients mix thoroughly. reduce the heat, & simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until thickened.

3serve a scant 1/4 cup on each bun.
