I love Autumn… days get shorter, temps get cooler, and leaves fall like multi-colored rain, carpeting my lawn in shades of yellow, brown, red, and orange. This is also the time of year when I get visits from family that I haven’t seen since last Autumn.

I’m always experimenting with new ways to make meals… Some work, while others do not. This one works.

Yummy top round slow cooked with broth, and then lovingly placed on a bed of white rice, and drizzled with an amazing Asian-inspired sauce.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
