This was an experiment that turned out super delicious. It takes a little time to put them together but are so worth it. Yummmmm.....I made everything from scratch, but you could easily save alot of time by buying canned biscuits and sloppy joe sauce.

Ingredients For sloppy joe sliders

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • homemade or jarred sloppy joe sauce
  • homemade buttermilk biscuits or a can
  • shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make sloppy joe sliders

  • 1
Simply brown the beef and drain, add your favorite sloppy joe sauce and simmer 15-20 minutes Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  • 2
While the sauce is simmering, either make your biscuit dough and cut out your biscuits or pop open your can of biscuits.

On a floured surface, roll each biscuit out fairly thin, add a spoonful of sloppy joe sauce and a sprinkle of cheese and fold one end over the other and pinch the edges to seal.(This part is easier said then done, I always seem to put too much sauce in them, but they are still yummy) Set them on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for approx. 10 minutes or till golden brown. That's it... Enjoy
