Scotty Joe's

Janet Scott

These can be sloppy if you try to pick them up, but they are not intended to be eaten that way.

I ran out of buns one day but had some Texas Toast (thick sliced bread). I got creative in the kitchen and made garlic bread with it then made up our special Joe sauce and put it on top.
Let me tell you, sometimes things work out the best that way. We won't have them with the regular buns again.

This is shockingly fabulous!
