Blue Ribbon Recipe

This Philly cheesesteak sloppy joe may be a bite-size sandwich but it's big of flavor. Onions and green bell peppers really give the overall meat tons of flavor. The small amount of steak sauce is just enough to add a little tang. Topping with a provolone cheese sauce is delicious. The sauce is creamier than melting a slice of provolone. Grab a few extra napkins, these are messy but so good.
