Oriental Spicy Orange Beef

Ingredients

1 lbbeef flank or round steak

2 Tbspcorn oil

1/4 corange peel, grated

1 can(s)clove garlic, minced

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 cbeef broth
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/2 cdry sherry
-
1/4 corange peel, slivered
-
1/2 tspcrushed dried red pepper
-
1/3 cmarmalade
How to Make Oriental Spicy Orange Beef
- In Wok heat oil to medium heat and add meat 1/3 at a time.
- Stir fry 3 minutes or until browned.
- Return all beef to wok and add: peel, garlic and ginger.
- Stir fry 1 minute.
- Stir together: corn starch, beef broth, soy sauce, sherry, marmalade and pepper.
- Stir into beef.
- Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Serve over rice.
