Ingredients For mr. bill's stuffed merlot burgers

1 1/2 lb

ground beef
1 c

merlot wine
2-3 clove

garlic, minced
4 slice

smoked gouda cheese
a few pinch

salt and pepper to taste
2 slice

green onions, sliced thin

How To Make mr. bill's stuffed merlot burgers

In pan bring wine to a boil and reduce to about 1/2 cup. cool.

Mix the hamburger with the green onon, garlic, salt, pepper, and merlot wine. form into 8 thin patties, top 4 patties with the gouda slices and place other patty on top seal ends well. BBQ on grill med. heat until desired doneness, about 10 minutes or so.
