Ingredients For mexican lasagna

    *hamburger
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 jar
    salsa, chunky
  • 1 can
    8 3/4 oz can corn, drained
  • 10
    corn tortillas (6
  • 3 c
    cottage cheese, divided
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • SERVING SUGGESTING
  • sour cream
  • sliced olives
  • *VEGETARIAN STYLE
  • 1 can
    16 oz beans (for meat)

How To Make mexican lasagna

    Preheat oven 375. Brown meat and chili powder in large pan on med heat; drain. add salsa and corn.

    Layer 1/3 of mixture, 1/2 of tortillas and 1/2 cottage cheese in 13x9 baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and sliced olives.

    VEGETARIAN STYLE: SUBSITUTE 1 16-OZ CAN BEANS DRAINED FOR THE BEEF. INCREASE BAKING TIME TO 40-45 MIN OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
