Ingredients For meat loaf teriyaki

2 lblean ground beef

1/2 cbrown sugar

3/4 tspground ginger

2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2garlic cloves, crushed
-
2carrots, grated
-
1 lgchopped onion
-
1/2 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cbread crumbs
-
2eggs, lightly beaten
-
1/2 csoy sauce
How To Make meat loaf teriyaki

1Combine all but last 2 ingredients.

2Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 9\" baking dish.

3Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

4Remove from oven and drain off grease.

5Mix together the brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over meat.

6Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter.

7Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately.
