My family LOVES this meatloaf. I was wanted a meatloaf that was easy and made with things on hand, I wanted great flavor, moist but not greasy. And I came up with this.

Ingredients For lisa's very easy meatloaf

  • 1 lb
    ground round
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 pkg
    6oz stove top stuffing ( any kind will do)
  • 3 md
    eggs
  • 4
    cloves of garlic ( less or more to your taste)
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 sm
    15 oz. can of spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce a little italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make lisa's very easy meatloaf

    Pre-heat oven 350 Chop up garlic and onion. Mix stuffing and both meats together with eggs, garlic and onion.

    When mixed well add about 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce in to the meat mixture.

    Put in your 9x9 pan or loaf pan. Cover the meatloaf with the rest of the sauce. Cook for 1/2 hr. covered then another 1/2 hr. uncovered.

    Then the meatloaf rest 5 mins. ENJOY!
