I received this recipe from a co-worker that brings this to potluck get-togethers and it is VERY popular. My family loves it too. Enjoy!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This super-duper easy family-friendly casserole is great when you don't know what to make for dinner. It will not win a beauty contest, but it is full of flavor and oh so cheesy. Even super picky kids will love it. It's crushed Doritos and browned taco hamburger meat topped with a ton of cheese. The "crunch" comes from the Doritos that end up more like a cooked corn tortilla. The soup mixture is slightly spicy and packed with flavor. If you love tacos, you'll love this. We served it with corn but it would also be great with a green salad. Great recipe for a family on a budget. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
