We have a lot of favorites, but this one is at the top. It's a great summer-time grill recipe. I pulled this from a grocery-store aisle cookbook magazine, Coca-Cola Recipes

Ingredients

beef broth
1/4 c
soy sauce
3 clove
garlic
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
ground red pepper
1 lb
beef steak
6 medium
bell peppers, red, yellow, or green, seeded, cut into strips

flour tortillas
sour cream
salsa

How to Make Guadalajara Beef

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and ground red pepper in resealable plastic food storage bag; knead bag to combine. Add beef and seal. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 2Remove beef from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill beef over hot coals 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Grill bell peppers, 7 to 10 minutes or until tneder, turning once.
  • 3Slice beef and serve with bell peppers, tortillas, sour cream, and salsa.
