Ground Beef and Rice Casserole
1 1/2 lbground beef or ground turkey
3 cminute rice
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
2 can(s)cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cgrated mild cheddar cheese
How to Make Ground Beef and Rice Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 to 375 degrees depending on your oven.
- Brown meat with salt and pepper. Cook rice according to box.
- In a large bowl combine cooked rice, meat, soup and 1 cup of the cheese. Pour into a greased glass 13 x 9 glass pan. Then top with remaining cheese.
- Cover and bake for approimately 30-35 minutes.
