Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1-1/2 lb
    flank steak, cut in thin strips
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    carrots, grated
  • ·
    green onion, garnish
  • ·
    brown rice, cooked

How to Make Easy Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef


  1. In ziplock bag, add flank steak strips and cornstarch. Shake to coat.
  2. In medium bowl, combine oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar & carrots. Stir. Add coated flank steak and stir until coated in sauce.
  3. Place all in slow cooker and cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-5 hours until cooked throughout.
  4. Can serve over rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
