My kids have always loved this and have chosen it for birthday suppers lots of times and they love having the leftovers when they come home for lunch from school.

Ingredients For easy cheesey enchilats

  • 12
    flour torillas
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 lg
    green peppers, thinly sliced
  • 3 c
    shreded cheeder cheese

How To Make easy cheesey enchilats

  • 1
    brown ground beef, onion and green peppers season with salt pepper and garlic to taste. Mix together soups and sour cream either in microwave or sauce pan well. Take torilla and spread soup mixture on it then ground beef mixture on top of that last sprinkle with cheese and then roll up burrito style and place seam down in cake pan. Using a 13x9 cake pan sprayed with cooking spray. Fill pan completely then top with remaining soup mixture and the rest of cheese on top of that. Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes untill all is hot and cheese golden brown. Leftovers warm up great in microwave.
