This is a family favorite. So nice to use a crockpot in the summer. I put the ingredients together put in the crockpot then put the crockpot out on a table on the back deck to cook.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c
  • 2/3 c
    bread crumbs, fine dry
  • 1 small
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground sage

  • 1/4 c
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make Crockpot Meatloaf


  1. Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well.
  2. Shape into 9X5 inch recatngle or oval, or about 6 inch round. Carefully place in slow cooking crock pot.
  3. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat.
  5. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer.
  6. Slice and serve while hot or can use cold slices for sandwiches.
