I was skeptical about having a meatloaf in the crockpot all day but OH MY was it great.. I'm picky about meatloaf,and don't like it soggy, and I like a great topper, and lets face it.. a lot of the meatloaf's tastes the same.. This one is my favorite, not to mention so easy. hope you enjoy

Ingredients For crockpot meatloaf

2 lbvery lean hamburger
-
2 lgeggs
-
2/3 coatmeal uncooked

1 pkglipton onion soup mix

1/2 cketchup
How To Make crockpot meatloaf

1add all ingredients together and mix through with hands to incorporate all the flavors, firmly pat the meat mixture into the crock pot and top with either a favorite BBQ sauce or I sometimes use 1/2 cup of ketchup with 4 Tbsp brown sugar with a little hickory flavor.

2put lid on crock pot and heat on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours

3when it is done you can take two forks or spatulas and lift on both sides. to put on a plate to dismiss the remaining grease.. but shouldn't be that bad if you use very lean beef hope you enjoy
