Crockpot Beef Stew
1envelope McCormick beef stew seasoning mix
2 lbstew meat, cut into small pieces
2 can(s)brown gravy, 18 oz. each
2 jar(s)Green Giant whole mushrooms
1 lbbaby carrots
3-4 can(s)new potatoes
1large onion, cut into large chunks
How to Make Crockpot Beef Stew
- In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown stew meat. I sprinkle a little of the seasoning mix onto the meat, just enough to cover in a light layer. Save the rest of the seasoning for later. Drain.
- In a 5 or 6-quart Crock Pot, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Add stew meat and stir ingredients together.
- Cover. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours, or until meat and veggies are tender. Stir occasionally.
