This is a VERY simple dish that you throw together in your slow cooker. Eight hours later, you come home to the aroma of pot roast! Sometimes simple is best! My mom showed me this one!

13 lb. chuck roast

2cans of campbell's beef consumme

salt and pepper
How To Make crazy easy pot roast

1Salt and pepper the chuck roast, and place in slow cooker with Beef Consumme. Add a little water if neccessary so beef is 3/4 covered.

2Set crock pot to low and cook for 8 hours. I serve this with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots.
