Country Fried Steak

Amy Herald

Your family will love this country fried steak. Its delicious! I used to make it, but over the years, my husband has taken over the job of country fried steak chef, so we often debate who's is the best. He adds a teaspoon of paprika to his flour and I can not tell a lie, His country fried steak is really something special, so I will add that to the recipe!

If you just buy cubed steak instead of round, it will save you from having to pound out the steak! Also milk will work just fine in this recipe, but the buttermilk definitely gives it something extra! Enjoy!
