Ingredients For chow mein hotdish

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    large onion
  • 1 c
    celery
  • 2 can
    chicken with rice soup
  • 2 can
    mixed vegetables or chow mien vegetables, drain juice
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce, any kind
  • 2 c
    chow mien noodles
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup, whichever you prefer

How To Make chow mein hotdish

  • 1
    Brown the hamburger, large onion ( sliced and cut), and the celery (sliced and cut)
  • 2
    Put browned hamburger mixture in pan or dish. Add the cream of mushroom or cream of celery that you chose. Then add the chicken with rice soup, the mixed vegetables( drain juice), soy sauce, and the chow mien noodles.

    Bake for 1 hour @ 350, covered.
