How to Make Bracciole
- 1Remove fat.
- 2Put bread crumbs on top of steak.
- 3Sprinkle salt, pepper, little bit garlic cut up on top of bread crumbs.
- 4Sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese.
- 5Drizzle a little oil on top.
- 6Pat it down with hands.
- 7Roll it up tight. Keep filling from falling out.
- 8Tie tight with string. I tied it in several spots.
- 9Place in skillet. Fry until brown
- 10If you have homemade sauce handy...add meat to it. It gives it a great flavor!!
