Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 10 oz
    frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
  • 1 1/2 c
    chunky salsa (like pace) i use mild
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12
    flour tortillas, warmed

How to Make Beef and Salsa Burritos

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet,brown ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Season beef with chili powder, cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in center of each tortilla, roll over. Enjoy with sour cream or more salsa or both.
