Ingredients For beef and bok choy all gingered up

1/3 cwater

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspsherry

1 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce

1 tspbeef bouillon powder

1 Tbspgrated gingerroot

1 1/2 tspgranulated sugar

1/4 tspsalt

1 Tbspcooking oil

3/4 lbsirloin steak, sliced into 1/8 inch thin strips

4 c(packed) bok choy, chopped
How To Make beef and bok choy all gingered up

1In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to form a slurry.

2Add sherry through salt and; mix and set aside.

3Heat wok or skillet on medium high heat. Add cooking oil until shimmering. Add beef strips until almost cooked through. Stir in cornstarch mixture and heat until boiling and thickened.

4Add the bok choy and stir until just starting to wilt. Serve immediately.
