    beef brisket, cubed

    brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 6 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 12 oz
    beer
  • 1
    beef bouillon cube
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    green chiles, diced
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 lg
    onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 lb
    lean pork, ground
  • pinch
    oregano

How To Make award winning chili

    In a large kettle or dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions in hot oil.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir well.

    Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and chili is thick and bubbly.
