Ingredients

1 lbpkg. firm tofu, cubed

1/2 mediumsweet onion, minced
-
1 mediumcarrot, minced

2 Tbspall purpose flour or gluten free baking mix

1/2 cpanko bread crumbs or spelt bread crumbs

1 tspeach dried basil and dried thyme of use 2 teas. mixed herbs
-
1 dash(es)ground nutmeg

·salt and pepper to taste

BBQ SAUCE:
-
2 Tbspvegan worcester sauce
-
2 Tbspketchup
-
2 Tbspagave syrup or maple syrup

2 tspsriracha sauce, optional spicy
How to Make Tofu Burgers/ Japanese Style
- Place well pressed tofu, veggies and remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine, like making regular meat burgers.
