Package of flour tortillas, I buy the small taco sized ones

2 lbs flank steak, sliced thin and against the grain
•
1/3 cup rice vinegar
•
3 tbs sesame oil
•
1/2 cup soy sauce
•
1 tbs sriracha sauce
•
1/3 cup brown sugar
•
4 cloves of garlic, diced
•
3 whole green onions, greens and white part-diced
•
1/2 tsp ground ginger
•
1 tbs cornstarch
